We also shared recent recordings from our webinar page, which featured our ‘Reimagining Employee Wellbeing’ webinar presented for the Slack Community. This insightful webinar featured some inspirational guest speakers including Yiannis Maos, CEO and Founder of Birmingham Tech and Dan Hoff-Rodrigues, Founder of CX Squared Talent Solutions, who share their experiences of how technology has enabled them to monitor the wellbeing of their employees whilst operating in remote-working environments.

We also featured a recording of our live demo presented at this year’s Public Technology Live event alongside our strategic partner, Workato. The presentation shows how organisations can use automation to streamline their HR onboarding processes.

May Newsletter 2022

In our May newsletter, we introduced our latest blog, ‘A pragmatic approach to automation avoids costly mistakes’. This follows our automation conundrum research which found that although automation is on the agenda for over 90% of organisations, few have actually invested in the technology due to a lack of knowledge.

In this blog we’ve outlined some key findings from the research and on how to overcome the barriers preventing automation success.

The newsletter also provided details of a webinar we hosted, ‘Reimagining Employee Engagement’, which focussed on how technology including Slack, a business communication tool, can help bridge the gaps in remote-working environments. You can now watch this webinar on-demand here.

This month we were delighted to be back out on the road and to be presenting at the Public Technology Live event alongside our parent company, Spherica and our strategic partner, Workato. Our presentation and live demonstration, The Automation Conundrum, was all about how integration and automation are revolutionising business processes. We also featured our virtual forest to celebrate International day of Forests! We shared a shocking statistic to emphasise the need for action, which is why we’re delighted to be planting trees through the inspirational More:Trees organisation, who are working with local communities to help restore healthy forests and reduce extreme poverty. This month’s newsletter featured an insightful research report that our parent company, Spherica, commissioned with our iPaaS partner, Workato. The report shows the findings of a survey we conducted to help us identify where organisations are in their digital transformation journeys, and if process automation is on the roadmap for addressing manual process pain points.

Although the research was based on Public Sector organisations, we’re noticing the same trends in the Private Sector too, so it’s worth a read!
